dalmation dress

I love the simple lines of this cute dress I spotted (hehe) by H & M in Matchbook Magazine yesterday. The fabric is described as a thick jersey, would be perfect paired with a short black jacket or cardigan and a pair of colorful flats. And the price...it is $29!
