Pin it Wednesdays is a new feature we'll be doing weekly.
This week we've pinned a few of our favorite kitchens that are great examples of how to bring pops of color in to your kitchen.
See a few favorite ideas that use temporary accents as well as examples of the more permanent ways you can commit to color in the kitchen.
This is also a Link Party, so link up your blog posts with your favorite pins from Pinterest this week.
For our first edition of Pin it Wednesdays, we're focusing on color in the kitchen. There are so many ways to add color in a kitchen; you can add color on the walls, on the cabinets or through lighting and accessories.
Please participate in the link party below. This is a great way to share ideas, decorating inspiration, and of course the great photos you've pinned on Pinterest over the last week.
You can stick with the kitchens theme like us, or link to any Pinterest post on your blog with a home decorating theme.
{1} Green and blue tones in the kitchen. Love the rough hewn wood against the sleek appliances and modern color choice.
{2} Simple white galley kitchen. An easy trick to bring in color - paint the insides of your cabinets - much easier than painting the entire cabinet or majorly committing to a color in a kitchen.
{3} Adding blue glass subway tile is a more permanent way to add color to a kitchen. Great pendant lights carry this nautical theme.
{4} Going bold with chartreuse on the lower cabinets and in the roman shade. Great beverage storage too!
{5} Bright touches of yellow in a white kitchen. It's very easy and inexpensive to add pops of color by bringing in bright, portable accents like flowers, fruit, and these lightweight counter stools.
Get ready for next week's party...on Wednesday February 15th, our Pin it Wednesday theme will be "Inspiring Kid's Rooms" - can't wait to start pinning later this week.
