Store to Abode Fridays #5 - metal storage

We're celebrating metal storage for today's for Store to Abode Fridays feature.

We're also celebrating Henry's 60th Birthday on Sunday {Henry is our friend and handyman extraordinaire who has literally rebuilt The Old Lucketts Store - click here to read more and wish him a Happy Birthday}

Come see some favorite ways to use metal storage in your home, inspired by our very own olive buckets...

So here is our inspiration item from The Old Lucketts Store.  At $49 each, these hefty olive buckets add so much character to your decor.

...and here are some inspirational decorating ideas using metal storage!

{1} Metal baskets are a great option for magazine storage.

{2}  Old galvanized buckets hold flowers on this sideboard - so pretty.

 {3}  These crates once stored milk bottles, now they're perfect to store sports equipment in the garage.

{4} Old gym locker baskets in the bathroom.

{5}  These industrial drawers just happened to fit on this old shelving unit perfectly.  I chose this picture because of the drawer fronts.  This type of bin is perfect for hiding the drawer contents {toys, miscellaneous books, odds and ends}.
