It all started last January when Amy and I sat down to hand pick and custom design a special container specifically for the Design House. We banter back in forth for hours in that language that we can only understand, place a gigantic order and bite our nails for months in anticipation of it's arrival.Well, as you know from last week's preview, it is finally here! For weeks we have been unloading, decorating and deliberating over every last detail. In fact, we have so much furniture that we opened the barn and ordered a tent that is full of beautiful pieces for this weekend. Today we can finally exhale as it is all coming together and we truly hope you love it as much as we do!
This month the house has taken on calm and neutral tones that we find very serene. Through out, you will find Behr's Amazon Stone, which pairs well with one of our favorites, Gray Squirrel:
And it is no surprise that Amy mixed her own gray for the hallways (don't worry, we made paint stick samples in case you want to get the color matched at Home Depot).
This month also includes a few surprises that aren't furniture and you'll just have to see for yourself what we have in store! We are so excited to finally present to you this months Design House and we hope you stop on by.
